Continued Professional Development

Continued Professional Development is an important part of our work at Johns Associates.

Senior Ecologist Lexi has been undertaking some shadow training for site supervision for bats. Safe bat supervision ensures that works can go ahead, whilst making sure that bats are not harmed during demolition. Lexi holds a Level 2 Class licence for bats from Natural England, which permits her to handle bats on site. Lexi was able to relocate a common pipistrelle bat into a bat box. All works have been conducted under a European Protected Species licence.

Here at Johns Associates we support all our staff in their Continued Professional Development (CPD), to enable them to continually learn and upgrade their skills. We are proud to provide training and funding to all our staff who are willing to increase their knowledge, understanding and experience.
