The Brief

Townscape planning strategy and guidance for development demonstrating a multi-disciplinary role as leading consultants.

Our Role

• To provide policy framework, strategic design and environmental research in specialist areas of Town Planning, Urban and Landscape Design and Ecology.
• Work provided on the Neighbourhood Plan, Design Guide and Batscape Strategy carried out in 2016-17 was formally adopted as the Development Plan for 2016-26 with the Design Guide and Batscape Strategy becoming supporting documents.

The Outcome

All works were delivered to meet or exceed the client’s expectations, on time and to budget.
